Auctions can sell cars with MV907- Parts Only when there is lien on MV907, but not lien release letter, in such case vehicle is not accepted for export. In order to advise if such titled vehicle can be exported, we need to see sales documents (title and lien release if applicable) to properly advise on options. Title copy can only be obtained when car is paid to auction. Please use caution when purchasing car with such documents.

NY – MV907A. If DMV records shows active title, open lien record, or no record, then we have to apply for new title. 1-2 weeks. The following conditions must be met – a) Vehicle must be purchased under US dealer license; b) If the vehicle was purchased not under “G&G Auto sales” or “Amber Auto Sales”, then the US dealer who purchased the vehicle must provide reassignment form so it can be reassigned to “G&G Auto Sales”. Fee – $250

$50 doc fee for ALL parts only BOS that are exportable

NY/NJ Customs are accepting 2 state Bill of Sales ONLY with DMV JUNKED record – MN and WI. If the vehicle is Junked – it might take up to 8 weeks to receive such record from DMV (fee $50). Bill of sale fee will be invoiced even if record shows not “Junked”. If record shows not “Junked” and it has MN Parts Only Bill of Sale, the vehicle can be towed to GA or TX. Vehicle having MN/WI Bill of Sale with any other status than mentioned above can not be exported from USA.

Application for duplicate title (can be rejected by the DMV for requiring inspections that would require the car to be fixed or past registration fees can be required to be paid which if not done will result in no title being sent
